You never answered why he should send them off to you a third time. Is this a third times a charm company or what? Just wondering why the problem wasn't fixed initially.

Unless the owner of the heads comes forth, this thread violates our forume guideline:

No complaint or negative feedback threads are allowed to be posted by anyone other than the owner of the vehicle or the shop that was involved in the installation and tuning of the parts. If the shop that installed or tuned the parts has negative feedback we require that shop to have made demonstrable effort to contact the original manufacturer of the performance parts to resolve the issue before resorting to posting on our site. No other second or thirdhand complaint threads are allowed. We will lock threads that do not fit within our guidelines, or move them into the Moderator Forum. If the member who posted the second or thirdhand complaint thread appeals, they need to have the owner of the vehicle personally post the problem since second and thirdhand posts tend to leave out critical bits of information. This rule applys also to feedback threads about manufacturers, shops, and race organizers.

Patriot has a good product for a good price and Terry is one of the finest in the business. Terry will absolutley do all that he can, within reason to help. I hope that he takes care of you as good as he has me.

And for the record these heads are both of ours. Its OUR project car and I own part of the car as does he. So yes, this post is not violating the guidelines, so NO you can not delete it. This is a partnership vehicle.

I'll give you $5 just to shut the hell up Had to get that in before the lock.

I don't see what more you could ask for, he said he'd take them back, no questions asked. I would thing that he'd make sure they were right.. with you being as "vocal" as you are.

John,

Calling Terry does nothing to the 10's or 1,000's of other readers who may be experiencing the same issues we are with his heads. I know for a fact Craig and I arent the only ones experiencing this problem.

Why should i really send them back to you a THIRD ******* time?????????? Is there something you could have done the first and second time to fix them right that you didnt? Is that the kind of business you run? Come on now. Dont cover up the problem, ELIMINATE IT. If there is a problem with your product, fix it, but dont try to cover it up and delete the post here one of your customers has made. Make it public that you are aware of this problem and how you plan to fix it. Head gaskets arent going to make me hush on this subject. I want a good set of heads to make power on our project car and id like to see you come install these heads yourself on this car. We are tired of pulling off other peoples mistakes to only have them say "Send em back, We'll fix them for you a 20th time"

Apparently the only thing some members can do here is start a mile long thread trying to bash the livin' out of Terry & Patriot. Over the last month there have been thread after thread with just this goal in mind.

As for myself (and I'm sure many others) we are f--kin sick & tired of hearing it Why don't you go post in the 'other forum' and leave this one for constructive threads.

I have PP 5.3 Stg2 heads with absolutely NO problems - according to all the bashers - I must have the ONE & ONLY SET!

The news of some owners of PP heads & their misfortune is widely know by now so there is no need to keep 'informing' others as to the problems. I'm so glad to see there are so many philanthropists out there (look that one up).

Let's all move on now and try talking about tech instead of with this issue.

And I'll get a jump on ya - I already know I'm an a$$ - but that still puts me a couple stages better than you - so don't waste your time typing it.

If the original owner of the heads sends them back. Is there a chance for a refund? Just to end this dispute.
