Default Best performance from a ported factory casting

I have a camaro that I recently got with alot of aftermarket mods on it. I am looking at adding some power to it since I recently discovered I have a ring issue. I am on a decent budget build, to hopefully achieve around the 450rwhp all motor mark. The car right now has all the bolt on mods and a 150 shot of laughing gas that I plan to keep. I plan on getting a 383 stroker rotating assembly kit for the bottom end, and a lunati cam so far up top. I have 5.3L heads(#706) on the car but would like to do something different, or beef those up. These are my options. Send the #706's to TSP to be CNC'D, buy a set of patriot heads, or get a set of 243s and have them CNC'D by TSP.I am looking to spend no more then around 1500 buck for heads or work. If any of you know a place in the mobile/pensacola area or have heads CNC'D by TSP feel free to post price and quality. This is a street car by the way, and may only see the track maybe once or twice a year. I am open for recommendations on the whole build too!

My old car made 453 rwhp and 404 rwtq with Lingenfelfter cnc ported 853 heads from their old cnc program...so it is very possible. motor was a stock crank, forged pistons and rods, with a TREX v2 and fast 90/90 setup. Those numbers were from around 8k miles on the new motor at that time. The guy who bought it off me reported it made over 480rwhp after a few more thousand miles...seems like it was breaking in nicely.

I forgot to mention that as far as cams go, I want something with a nasty rough idle, with decent street manners( not a daily driver), that will compliment my set up. I am also considering the longevity of the parts and car. Would like to be able to operate A/C and still drive 12 hrs no problem. Here are the specs for the cam too. 282/288 .599/.601

The 799 and the 243's are the same exact heads though aren't they? What about the compression for the Nitrous?

799/243 to A.I. for their full out CNC for 995. That is IMO the best bang for the buck for stock castings. A.I. headed cars always seem to perform really well. I'll be sending my set in to them this week.

Thanks for the input I appreciate it. I was thinking that was the way to go, how many RWHP gain do you think I will get from this set up. What do you think about the cam too? any ideas there?
