Spun bearing??

Spun bearing?? I have a 2000 T/A with 10k on the motor. It was rebuilt at 100k with a spun bearing. Now I'm fearing the worst again. Earlier today when driving around I became aware of a faint ticking. It is constant and fluctuates with rpm. The weird thing is that when I started it tonight after work it wasn't making the noise until it was warmed up. I changed the oil today and I still need to cut into the filter but there were few shavings on the magnet. It didn't seem anything more than normal but I'm still worried.
Oil pressure was fine warm and at idle (25-30psi) before I changed it and after its about 40-45psi. Gets up to 60 when I rev it. Does anybody have any ideas?
Also sometimes when I come up to lights it goes away. It seems to be when I'm on an incline facing uphill.
