Is a 98 balancer the same as a 99 balancer?

Is a 98 balancer the same as a 99 balancer? I broke mine and I found someone local with a balancer off of a 98. If it will fit, I'm gonna buy it. I love this board.

Should be. Check the part #s on both balancers if you are not sure. They should interchange.
