I've got a LT1 that I'm about to drop in my 80 T/A along with a Th350 someone had riggedf up in my 93 T/A. The car has 99k on it and the tranny is unknown but while everythings going to be out what should I replace? Would it be worth pulling the heads, oil pan and what not and replacing the gaskets?

 

Intake gaskets leaked oil at the rear on LT1s which is an easy job and of course the optisparks always went out but that stuff is easy to fix in or out of the car.
