Slight roughness at idle

Slight roughness at idle 2006 Cadillac escalade 6.0L (LQ9 engine)
had a slight roughness ONLY at idle with no error codes or misfiring
i changed the MAF sensor with a new stock one, spark plugs, spark plugs wires and cleaned the throttle body and STILL having the slight rough idle ..
went to the dealer and they attached the TECH 2 device and there were no errors or misfiring.
They said its a common issue for some GM engines
any one had the same issue ?
