But regardles the weight can be fixed with a slightly heavier spring, and 1 trickflow dosent want stock rockers and 2 stock is only good for 550 lift and 3rd they help with the valve from deflecting

No, you're wrong. Apparently the roller tip is just a gimmick and it doesn't roll at all and it's just too heavy to be on top of the valve because the few grams that it weighs will bounce around and push open the 600+lbs of seat pressure of the spring and cause valve float.
That's what I hear anyways....

He said my whole valve train sux and trickflow dosent know anything....well then how come wen i had 600hp with 10000 miles of racing on it with this set up i had no problems

More spring is not the answer. Removing weight is always a good thing.
Rate of the spring and coil bind all play into it not just pressure.
I have never had valve train issues I don't ? What my guy says and it works.
I know people that can screw up a cold glass of water though.
