I noticed it after a trip to the track. Im cammed so I may have just not noticed it before. The noise seems to be coming from the #1 cylinder. It isnt noticeable until warm. Its not a loud ping or knock just a tick...really able to hear it between 1-2k. I dont think its a lifter..at least hope not because I dont want to pull the heads. Any Ideas?

Its perfectly normal, every cammed LS1 ive heard does it. Mine has been ticking loud for over 3 years and still runs like this.

DMAN!! that thing sounds good. I prob just didnt notice it before. I fouled a plug at the track. I think that made me paranoid. Very well...Ill go back to beating on it.
