i had a few questions i had a lq9 im building for twin turbo which vally cover do i need cause iv seen them with and without knock sensors, how well do stock lifters hold up cause i already have a set but i dont want to skip anywhere so if they wont hold id rather get new ones now then latter

Yes. If you use knock sensors, you can use either an LS1 or the LS6 valley cover.
