Default Coil question

Are there any performance differences between any of the stock coils? Reason I am asking is I am looking at relocation brackets and they are specific to the type of coils,I would hate to buy the ones for my 05 truck coils only to find out later these coils are junk.

The truck coils are actually a little better because they have the added heatsinks, so order the brackets for yours and you will be good to go!

My 05's do not have the external finned heat sinks,I am guessing only the early ones were like that?Thanks for your input.

I know that there is a truck coil that was proven to put out more, and be a better unit, however I dont know which one it was, there are alot of guys who think that all the truck coils are better, but that is not the case...

As long as they are no worse I am good with that.Hate to invest on truck coil brackets and then find out the truck coils are crap
