Who cares about peak power if it is a DD car, man; you going to tape the dyno sheet in the window? If the car makes 370 at the wheels (which is more realistic, I think, in your situation) at 6500 but 100 lb-ft at 1500, you are going to hate it.
I really like the 228R, almost bought one before I decided to port my heads and buy the cam as a package. Something around .600 lift, with around 230 duration, on around 112 LSA should give you nice power and good driveability throughout the street RPM range. Look at Comp Cams as well; they have some nice offerings in that region.

Tv2 here. Good cam for me to learn tuning on, bucked like hell at the start but now I can be in gear down at low rpms. 241s, ls6 intake, puts down 368 rwhp on a mustang. 400 with this cam is unlikely. Ran mid 12s on street tires. Planning on going to a bigger cam, starting to get the I-wish-it-had-more disease haha
