Default Balancer bolt, WHO CARRIES IT???

I am trying to find who carries the harmonic balancer bolt. I can't believe none of the parts stores do. I have called them all. My city does not have many chevrolet dealers and they are closed weekends. I was really trying to locate today but it seems the auto stores dont know how to look it up.
