Crack in block....
Crack in block.... I bought this L33 aluminum block from ebay & while cleaning it up today & fitting the ac bracket & found one of the ac bracket mounting bosses has 3 small crack's in it.
I tightened a bolt into it & it was holding no problem.
It doesnt looked banged on & was wondering what you guys think about it ??
Its just gonna be a daily driver nothing crazy...should I be concerened ???

Must be stress cracks. I'm no expert, but I feel the cracks will progress further if nothing is done about it. I would look into blending or possibly weld if that type of aluminum is the welding type.
yup but if there not bad stop drill them at the very least and leave them. dam i cant rememeber what we stop drill on AC alum i think its a drill bit thats .125
or you can some one weld them up and retap
mostly likey you could leave it the way it is and be fine but i wouldnt risk it
