Im replacing valve stem seals on my heads and ordered some new ones. The ones I got don't look like the ones I took off. New ones look like regular valve seal but the ones that came off have a wide base that the valve spring sits on. Are there shims that I am supose to buy? Are this updated seals? any info would help thanks.
