Default O-ring or not?

i am building a new forged motor it will be 346-347 anyways here are my components to put in

3.905 -2cc relief diamond
6.125 crower i-beams with those bad *** cap screws
58cc stage III 5.3 heads
arp head studs
arp main studs
federal mogul high-per rod bearings
federal mogul high-per cam bearings

I will spraying like a 250 direct port shot on this. my question here is while this block is in the machine shop do i want to o-ring the block? i have read that plenty of people are runinng up to 800rwhp without them and have heard a couple mentions that o-rings can damage the pistons and/or block. i will be driving this often and if i o-ring don't i have to go copper head gaskets? i have heard these are not good for daily driving. help me out guys what do i do?
