243's vs 853's

I currently have the stock 853's on my car, but i purchased a set of 243's off of an LS2. I will be doing a cam swap, so i went ahead and had the heads ported. They picked up 30cfm at .500 lift over stock 243's. I am curious as to how much hp these heads are worth over the stock 853's?

30-40 without milling them a bunch, with a normal intake.

Stock you'll see about 15 hp over your Fbody heads w/ the 243's...obviously more with port work

Thanks guys. These will be installed with an F11 cam and I already have an LS6 intake and LT's. I got the 243's complete with springs and rockers. I will obviously be running an aftermarket spring with the cam, but what about the rocker arms? Are they any different than the stock rockers that came on the LS1? Like i said the 243's came off of an LS2. Which ones should i use?
