Default Stock 241 heads

Looks like I can get a wopping 125.00 for both heads...on a good day. Soooo, maybe I can keep them around for a V-8 swap in the Jeep. I would be looking to do a 5.3 or 6.0 in my 03' TJ. Would these heads work better than stock or should I just sell the heads and go buy some beer/chicken wings and be done with it?

Iol I would. I look at it like, if you're gonna v8 swap your jeep, do it right. Build it while its gotta be apart.

I would agree with you. For rock crawling, 300 hp and a crawl ratio of 100 to 1 can break just about anything...especially the pocketbook.

I have been seeing a lot of 70k mile 5.3 motors for ~700.00. Just wondering if installing the LS1 heads would do anything for me or cause more of a headache.
