Ls1 Main Cap Bolts TTY?

A guy told me the bolts are tty but i've seen two old threads that they weren't Is this true can i reuse them?

They are reusable, not TTY.

Main cap bolts are torque to angle. Yes they can be reused.
TTY (by theory) cannot.
