mosler mt900r engine power hi, i have just bought a ls1 5.7 race engine from a mosler mt900r which was said to have made 650 bhp on the dyno is this possible,
here is the spec
callies billet crank magnum
forged rods
je pistons
ls2 heads with bigger valves and ported and polished heads,
titanium springs and hardened push rods
1.8 roller rockers
performance cam 264 i think.
kinsler throttle bodies
dry sump
fully race built engine by professionals for the perrier mosler gt car race team.
any idea ? thanks.

how much was it? i would love to buy somthing like that
Thats spinning very high! It can be done, but isnt very common. Anymore specs on the cam? There are pretty built ls2s that arent even dishing out that much power even with nice heads.
That is certainly possible, not too difficult either considering the RPM it turns and that bhp is usually measured at the flywheel and is not reduced by drivetrain losses.
