Rough Idle '99 Z28

Rough Idle '99 Z28 I have a 1999 Z28 with just bolt ons and about 130k miles. It's been running rough lately and I cannot find the problem. I've have a few vacuum leaks with this car before and just thought it was another one. But all of the vacuum lines appear to be fine or are new.
The idle is rough, as if it were cammed. And my fuel economy is slightly down. I bought the car with 95k miles and I haven't changed the fuel filter and don't know if it has ever been changed. Maybe that's it? I'm not throwing the check engine light either.
Any ideas?
