The current build is a stock bottom end LS6, I had a totally wrong cam set up for the AFR 230 heads and Tony helped out by spec'ing a Cam and also advising on the most suitable compression ratio, which requires .024" mill of the heads to achieve the right comp ratio.

The future plan is for a 416ci and thats why I went with the big heads, turns out I pretty much screwed up the whole package as I'll need to get these reworked for the 416ci at a later date.

Anyway live and learn, Tony has been very helpful and now has me on the right track.

I have a nice set of ported and milled 241s with 57cc chambers and fresh valve job I'll trade you for your AFRs

This is all a big expensive learning experience for all of us lol been there before

I hear ya mate on the learning experiance, I just hope the curve is steep

I think I'll srtick with my AFR's
