Default ARP New and Old torque spec for Studs

I searched the site and saw that ARP torque specs use to be 70 ft lbs for the 7/16 bolts and 22 ft lbs for the 3/8. Now it's 80/25 respectivly. Anyone know why it changed?

I torqued mine to 80 but good gosh! Thats alot!!!! I crapped my pants with every click.
