I'd do it all at once, heads got to come off anyway, has to get tuned twice if you do it separate, and higher flow heads will make a huge difference, the biggest cost is the bottom end, Aftermarket heads will run around 2k, or some budget ported 243 heads will cost a little less. its your motor, just to me it makes more sense to do it all at once, pulling heads off my 240 is maybe an hour, trying to sneak those heads from underneath that camaro/trans am cowling I haven't tried.
