Do i need bigger injectors?

Do i need bigger injectors? Ive got an 02 ls1, im installing an ms3 cam on a 112 lsa, and a set of prc 5.3 2.5 heads.
Other mods are, 1.75 LT's, slp loudmouth exhaust, 25% UD pulley, ported TB, Stock ls6 intake.
any guesses on dyno #'s?
i could probably get a set of 60# in for cheap, could i run those? or would they be too big? how do you regulate the fuel pressure? is it done on the dyno or do you need a regulator?
