Default LS1 Rebuild

Ok this may be a noob question. But, I rather sleep good at night. I'm looking to freshen up my ls1. The motor had about 180k on it without any rebuilds done to it by the previous owner. I'm looking to do a oem rebuild. What do you recommend to be done to the block and crank other than a hone and clean up?

One can upgrade without adding cubes or weight for that matter. At least I would do forged pistons/rods and port oem heads with a nice little cam.
