DD would be fine - mine doesn't buck or surge at all. If it's a M6 some gears really complement it and of course an auto would require a 3400+ stall convertor.

I'd run a LS2 chain, it's more than enough.

auto, ss3600 stall, 3.23 gears.

i messaged speedinc and they said that it is street-able but not necessarily great for a car driven every day (as mine is) they suggested nothing over a si4, but i want others opinions who run this cam just for an idea before i buy.

No reason for the double chain they just recommended it, and the drivability is the same as before the cam i just have to get the rpm's up a little bit more so it doesn't bog at all.

@ds98formula. I'm thinking of getting a ud pulley, ported tb, and getting my heads ported and trying to get over 400 by that. Or i could just throw a 75 shot on lol too many choices..

Change the Y-pipe merger, for a actual Y-pipe merger with a 3.5" or 4" exit, and run it 3.5" or 4" all the way out the back. That will give a nice bump in hp/tp.

Just saw this thread, a little old but I love my SI5 and get complements all the time about it. I have the SI5 with stage 2 patriot heads, underdrive pulley, kooks LT's, GMMG catback, SLP cold air induction kit, New oil pump, push rods, rockers, injectors...etc and put down 436 rwhp on the dyno. Still on stock Intake manifold and TB and rear end

Street car and would like to reach the 500hp mark but right now can't justify the intake and TB cost vs hp increase
