I recently did a complete motor rebuild in my 99 ss and now i cant get the power steering to bleed work anything. I tried bleeding with front end elevated and cap off nothing changed. Any suggestions? I also replaced the pump last October, and ive heard alot that these power steering racks are bad about leaking? Is that true? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
