I've seen this before, rings-pistons problems oil gets forced up into the threads and comes out. 90 psi is on the low end for sure you have either pasted or worn rings. I'd try a top end cleaner like amsoil power foam, maybe some ATF in the engine oil too. Add a few ozs of TransX to help the valve seals. Rings pasted with carbon can cause low compression and oiling problems.
I was having oil consumption problems but after running the ATF and doing a good top engine cleaning it uses very little oil.
