Default Timing Chain and pulley???

Im doin a cam install pretty soon on my 99 Z28. While doin the cam, im gonna go ahead and do a double roller timing chain, ported oil pump, and a ASP Pulley. Will I be alright doin a Rollmaster Double Roller timing chain and a ASP crank pulley? With my cam package from TR, they sent me an new crank bolt. Can I use that with my ASP pulley and my chain? Will it work alright or will i need to do somethin else? Help

Thanx Steve

You'll be fine with the rollmaster double chain and the ASP pulley. I have the same set-up and it bolted up just fine. I believe this problem is only on the Y-bodies and the double chains with the torrington bearing. Just be sure to use the washers so the oil will pump into the block that come with the chain.

actually, fbody's have the problem also, it depends on your pully, i had an old one, that is why i could not use the double roller, but if you bought one withing the last year or so, you will be ok, if not you have to hack off some of the pully snout, not too hard, its just i didnt have time to do it

jimmy

btw, i am still waitnig on payment, when i recieve i will ship
