Budget build 02 z28 Finally got around to making a build thread. Car started as a 02 camaro...105k shortblock with a a4 and basic bolt ons. Basically just a ordinary budget minded heads/cam build up. Hoping for mid 11s on motor and low 10s once the nitrous goes on. Onto the parts list!
-stock ls2 243 heads/patriot golds
-pushrods
-ls2 timing chain
-ls2 oil pump
-comp 235/243 cam
-th400
-pro torque(ny) 3500 n2o converter
-custom driveshaft
-b&m hammer shifter
Hoping to have it driving and tuned this week...had some minor setbacks. Trans lost the clutchs after just a short drive. Should be back in tomorrow. I'll keep the thread updated with results when i get it going again.
Any thoughts on what this setup should make?haven't seen yo many people running this cam setup.

Minor update on the build. Finally got the car driving again. Ended up just getting the 4l60 built and got a 4k converter for. Got it tuned 2 weeks ago and been driving it around. Seems to rip pretty good(245s don't like the new found power to much lol) Any thought on what it should make with the current setup? Gonna try to get it out to the track on the 22nd.

Shift points are at 6300 right now...gonna be getting the car re-tuned. Shift points bumped up to 6500ish and drivability taken care of. The tuner who did tuned it did a half *** job on it. Spent a total of 45 mins on it and anywhere other then WOT it runs like crap
