What Cyl. heads Trying to decide on what heads i want to put on my motor this winter for an upgrade. Currently i have some "very" mild port work on my 243's and dynoed 440/394 with a MS3. I want to bump compression into the mid 11's and i cant decide if i should go with 2.5 5.3 heads or something better. Will also be getting a fast 92/92 setup.

Depending on what kind of work has been done to the 243s going to a 2.5 5.3 probably wont net you the difference your looking for. Sounds like you have a nice setup now. If your wanting to get a bump in compression and make a nice jump up in performance I recommend taking a look into our PRC aftermarket castings. I personally recommend you take a look at our 227s.
