cylinder 5 missfire

they are fluctuating like they should,
comes to find out today i took out the entire injector rail (with injector 5) and i tested injector 5 with a 9v battery. Nothing at all, not single drip.
tested injector 3, BAM solid click and fuel comes pouring out. did this multiple times just to make sure, even tried swapping polarity.
still nothing on injector 5.. so its time for a new injector. HOPE THIS FIXES IT. but for some reason i still have my doubt
