Oil Level Sensor Leaking?

Anyone ever have there oil level sensor leak? My original one was leaking so I put a new one in and it leaked also. I put a bunch of silicone gasket maker around it that resists oil. Seems to hold for the most part but still leaks a little. Yes I do have the oring on the sensor.

Now of course I got the leak almost gone and the low oil light is on but I oil is full. So I guess the sensor is bad.

Has anyone every plugged this sensor, I have the plug and gasket to do it but Im guessing the low oil light will still be on

Get a new sensor and rap some Teflon around it. Oil level is an important sensor in my book.
