Okay, I've used the search button so now I need to ask for help...
I purchased this cam from a friend and am not sure if I can run it because of the location of the cam sensor. It is a 3 bolt cam that came out of his G8. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

 

LS1s have 3 bolt cams with the sensor ring on the rear of the cam.

 

I know, his car was converted to 3bolt but the sensor in the G8 is in the front.. I guess I'm just gonna pull it after work today and look.
