Default Another PTV

Hey.

I am building a ls6 and is wondering about the PTV.
Build Spec
Heads - AFR 210 #1510 v2,Milled 61cc .040 gasket
lifters - comp cams Short Travel Race Lifters
Rockers - 1.7 yella terra
Cam - Comp Cam 228/230 @ 050 588/595 112LSA

Will it work without flycutting?

I will off course check it when doing the engine, the reason i am asking is a time issue. If i have to flycut ill have to wait until after a local car show doing the build.

I have the AFR 205's, the AFR 6016 cam which is 224/228 on a 114 and 0.040" gaskets. The heads were milled to an equivalent 60cc (Tony worked the chambers so the final was actually 62cc). I was under minimum PTV on the intake side but run it that way as the intake valve chases the piston so I felt more comfortable.

Tony might be able to provide a better answer but with your bigger cam and only a few thousandths on the mill, it will be close and maybe under on the intake side.

With the heads milled like that and the gasket being so thin I would definitely recommend checking clearance. Anyone that says it will clear for sure is just guessing in my opinion.
