I just acquired an LM7 block and heads and was wondering what kind of performance parts I could put into it to reach my 450rwhp mark or if thats even possible. I want to stay naturally aspirated for now and run a t56 in a third gen camaro. Any suggestions would be helpful. I already have ls6 valve springs so theres one thing down.

450rwhp isn't going to happen out of a N/A 5.3L. Many come up short with the 5.7L. You could have it bored out to 3.905" (347ci) and with full boltons and a good head/cam package you could get 425ish rwhp out of it.
Also the ls6 valve springs won't be enough for the size cam you'll need to get you close to your hp goals.

You can actually achieve 450 whp out of a 5.3L but You would have to really plan it out and figure out the optimum bolt-ons and custom cam and exhaust ,,,,,,,,,etc ,,,,,,,,,Car Craft put a *****-Thumper cam and some cnc heads with a holley 4-barrel and an MSD ignition controller and LT's and without anything real extreme They achieved 460 flywheel hp so I'm certain it's doable just not easily or cheaply . Good luck

These engines are tough, stock or built. I pulled my lm7 out of the yukon last winter fora failing oil pump, 219,xxx on the clock, still had cross hatches in the cylinders, and I reused the original main and rod bearings. Also there are guys boosting these motors stock and making 600hp right out of the junk yard.
