how long does the average heads swap take...
Just trying to plan my time out a little....

If it is your first time doing a head swap, it is going to take a little time.

Nothing about it is difficult. Just make ABSOLUTELY SURE that you get all of the water out of the bolt holes. If you don't, you can split your block.
Take your time, clean the surface very well.

First timer, allocate a whole weekend. If you're experienced, maybe 3-6 hours.
