Default 224 228 on a 112-2

just wondering if anyone is running this cam i race mainly eighth mile and comp suggested this for me with stock heads.Lift is 568 571 224 228 with 112-2 said it would work great with 323 gears

Sounds like a great daily driver street/strip performer that won't abuse your valvetrain too bad!

That one favors the exhaust some while retaining good street manners. It's good for lower compression/SC induction and/or good power lower in the band. I'm building a 383 stroker with the same specs, just a little more lift (.581) and lower CR (9.7). The exhaust needs just a little help in the mid to upper band. That's what this cam is supposed to do. I'll let you know when it done.

I have a similar cam on 114LSA. It is an excellent daily driver yet it has a wide power range.
