Matching converter to h/c combo
I had installed a 4500 rpm stall locally built converter...loved how it felt but after much tuning it kind of fell flat at the track (not to mention a vibration). I didn't put any thought into matching it to the motor, so out it comes.
The cam is reverse split 227/224 .569/.563 114 LSA with AFR 205 heads, bolt-ons, true duals. Hp and tq about 425.
What do I need to consider when having my new converter made for this combo?
