Default Please help with cam specs

So I know some of you might be screaming "damn noob search" but I have and I think my head is going to explode . This is my first v8 builder ever, ive built tonsss of subaru/evo motors but nothing of this nature (usualy 4 cyl turbo stuff). my setup seams to be tiny bit diff then most since the car is a good 400+ lbs lighter then most the other v8 cars I see around. Here are some stats and hopefuly you guys can help out a new guy. Thanks fellas in advance!

Car:
87 rx7
2800lbs race weight (driver, fuel, etc)
Rossler term 2 th400
Circle d 4c billet converter (3600-4000 stall)
01 lq4 w/ 317 heads
Ls7 lifters
long tubes 1 - 7/8 bbk
single 3.5' spintech muffler
Comp .675 double springs (for sale!, looking @ brian tooley springs not sure yet)
arp pro rod bolts
8.8 rear w/ 3.73 gears
Holley hp efi
6800 rpm redline
Factory compression 9.5 to 1
Stock lq4 trucky intake manifold
150 plate wet

I'd strongly recommend going to one of the vendors on here and have them spec the cam exactly to what you are building. Its way cheaper to have it spec'd out by them once than to guess and swap cams later. My third cam was exactly what I was looking for. Don't do it that way

i was thinking of contacting either pat. g or martin@ tick but figured to maybe get some opinions before venturing out to them. they prob get hundreds of questions like this all day, just trying to give them a break hahaha.

I've got a 234/240 .61x/.58x 113+4 that would work great with that.

I can do a package with BTR Platinum Springs rated to .660" lift @ 400lbs open pressure, Manley .080" wall 5/16" push rods and that cam for 679.99.

You would substitute the V.1 for the Stage 2 Street Heat. http://www.tickperformance.com/tick-...r-ls6-engines/ We are going to have the option to choose any of our off the shelf camshafts in that package this week hopefully as we are adding more camshafts to the site very soon.
