LS1 crank removal?

LS1 crank removal? hey guys, i tried searching this and i just got tired of it, so hopefully someone can help. im doin a full build for my 04 gto and im trying to get the crank out so i can get the block to the machine shop this week. any ideas?
What are you asking? if the engine's out of the vehicle, and the pan is off, remove the rod bolts (keep them with their rods in the same orientation to the rods), main cap bolts, etc, and pull the crank.
