Default need help tracking down a noise.

So i need some help finding a noise. i have a 2000 camaro ss that is mostly stock (ls6 intake, ls7 clutch pressure plate and flywheel, slp lm1 catback, egr delete)
The noise i am hearing is a rattling noise that is coming from up front of the engine only at higher RPMs (5-5800) oil pressure is great, everything is tight. I dont know where the hell this noise is coming from and its starting to scare me to think its internal. I have heard that timing chain is a possiblity if so i geuss its time for a H/C setup. speaking of which, any recommendations on a great setup on a DD? thanks everybody i really need some help.

Is it at all possible for you to try and record the sound via camcorder and post the video on here? It is really difficult to narrow down what the rattle could be as we cannot inspect it in person.

First try taking the serpentine belt off, then spin, wobble, push and pull on all the pulleys to see if one is loose or has a bad bearing.
