Default New build prep

Im about to start gathering parts for a new build of my ls1. Going with TEA/TFS 215's 59cc, VRX5, TSP 1 7/8" headers, yella terra 1.7 ultralites. Going to freshen the bottom end and put in new flat top -2cc pistons. Doing bearings and ARP rod and head bolts.

I am running a 3800 stall and 4.88 gears now but thinking i may need a little more stall. What you fellas recommend doing with my stall? Also wanting the heads at 59cc hows that working out with people running .040 cometics?
My truck headers and 228r cam will be for sale when i get this project started.

I would say get no more than a 4000 stall if the vehicle is going to be used on the street, that is my personal opinion, but there are some high stalls out there with very good street manners. As far as the headgaksets I can't speak on that since I have not used the Cometics.
