You also have a 370 ci motor per your sig. That's a HUGE difference, that cam is like a 230ish cam in an ls1. Now back to what others have said which is correct, if you run that combo the motor is going to be a dog down low.

A well built smaller cammed car will run trains on a stock ls1 with an ms4 mostly because by the time you get up into the high rpms the other car will be too far off to catch. Op I'd ditch the ms4 idea as its too big of a cam for a midl street car. I would look into a cam like a eps 226/234, F13 230/232 etc on a 112 or 114lsa. Also downsize the heads. There is no reason a stock cube ls1 needs 230cc heads... Something like 210's or 215's would be great. AI does some great ported 218cc 243 heads, or Afr makes some very nice 210s. That will give you a nice hop at idle, not kill springs and you will be able to pull from idle to redline.

It doesn't really have much to do with the anemic heads or ls6 intake. The cubic inches absorb the duration of the cam moving its powerband lower and dumbing down the duration. So in that sense its much different than an ls1.
