1999 T/A stock looking to mod hello i'm new to this forum ive got a 1999 T/A i bought from my brother back in may he owned it for 3 years bought it in california and it's now a kansas car its all stock besides the 1000 doall custom true dual exhaust he had installed and when i got it i gutted the glass packs but still runnning the cats i also cut bottom of airbox out and it's been dynoed here laying down 300 rwhp/tq but has all ls1 parts i ran it at the track last night did 8 runs fastest 1/4 mile was a 13.743 at 101.09 mph my buddy has a set of 5.3 ls heads street ported and a hayden tranny cooler and a 2800 and a 3000 stall convertor i'm gonig to buy a ls6 intake and long tube headers and a custom grind cam would it be bet to buy his 5.3 heads or keep my ls1 heads and buy one of his stall convertors and if so which one it's my daily driver not to worried about gas mileage in the city as i live in a small town but he said with the top end mods i should be in the 400hp range and be in the high 12's
