Picked up a 07 5.3

Got a 5.3 out of suburban? (Not Sure the Truck) today and this starts my build. Looking to do a stock bottom end with rod bolts and do a Cam only motor with a carb for a light Fox body. Not sure on the casting on the heads yet the motor is in Florida and I'm in SC so I'll take it apart Thanksgiving time for the Rods. I'm doing an ALL out next to no street driven oriented build. So wondering where to go with the Intake/Carb/Cam Selection

The motor will have either 799's or 243's and they are the EXACT SAME head so you'll have good heads to start with! (assuming this is the new current bodystyle)
