should be just fine.. Livernois runs them with all 4 of their LS1 cams

1 - 224/224 .568/.568 114 LSA
2 - 232/232 .595/.595 114 LSA
2R - 236/236 .602/.602 113 LSA
3 - 244/244 .612/.612 114 LSA

Spring Specifications:

Install Height: 1.820
Max. Valve Spring Lift: .690
Spring Pressure Closed: 150lbs
Spring Pressure Open: 382@.620 / 410@.680
Coil Bind: 1.100

Local guy Brian Reckart (RPT) uses alot of Livernois and England Green stuff and has never had any issues with these and will list quite a while on smaller cams. he checked a set that at 25k miles and they were still within spec so thats good enough for me...
