Time to rebuild my motor Hey guys I'm planning on building my lq4. Thinking
of throwing on a ls3 top end with a cam. What do you
guys think the power range will be at? I'm aiming for 500 n/a. Would throw nitrous later down the road....

So what are you building and what cam are u gonna run? Can't tell you the power or guess.can we tell you power range!?lol.
Well this is what I was gonna do almost same lq4 and ls3 heads
heads milled.030
G6x3 cam
Vic jr intake
Accufab 4150
1 7/8 headers
3inch exhaust
Was hoping for 480 rwhp
Try and get the compression close to 11:1 do some search and find what works and see what other builds are putting down.

If going with a mild or higher camshaft you should easily be looking at 450rwhp...like the other guy said get your compression up around 10.5-11:1 and depending on cam you should be able to meet your goal.
