need a cam for my 4.8 vortec Wasup ls1 tech I need a cam that will help my 4.8 move my 1980 monte carlo with authority with out losing streetabilty.this setup is going in my 1980 monte carlo with a 200r4 thats built to handle decent power.the car will be a daily driver.what are some good cams that can get the job done.i do plan on having the heads ported,and use the truck intake and also throwing some long tube headers on there.I may run bussani mufflers on there also to complete the setup for exhaust to help the motor.I dont plan of using turbo as of yet
To be clear here are my goals
hp around 340-370 hp at least 340 ft of torque more if possible.

It will be one of my second daily driver.are there goals possible

I would recommend looking at a 212/218 .558/.563 115 LSA cam. This cam will have a broad power band and should have no problems working with a small stall. Should match up well with what you are asking for.
