Default LS6 cam pushrod length

popular cam swap from Comp Cams on an LS6 (sourced from Texas Speed). 228/228 .588 lift cam. Kit has 7.4" pushrods which are longer than what came out. 7.4" ok with the Comp cam base circle?

If this is being installed on a LS6 engine, I believe you need shorter (7.350) or so pushrods with an aftermarket cam, because the heads on a LS6 engine have longer valves. It's always best to measure with a pushrod length checker tool to be absolutely sure.
